Our journey together begins with a complimentary one-hour meeting to get acquainted, discuss your celebration vision and determine if we have the key component to planning your wedding – a good connection. Our philosophy is that chemistry is vital to develop a good working relationship.

We offer a variety of packages and services, as well as the flexibility to custom design a plan to exactly meet your needs.

Full Production

This is the service for the bride that wants to be pampered, avoid stress and completely enjoy the planning process. During your Full Production, we will hold your hand every step of the way, ensuring that no detail is overlooked. Services as part of the Full Production include:

• Creative concept development and elegant wedding design
• Budget preparation and management
• Timeline planning and management
• Regular planning meetings throughout the process
• Vendor research and recommendations
• Accompany bride to vendor meetings
• Accompany bride to ceremony site and meeting with site coordinator
• Accompany bride to reception site and meeting with site coordinator
• Customized diagram of both ceremony and reception layouts
• Give direction/write copy for save-the-date
• Assistance with securing lodging for out-of-town guests
• In-depth review of all contracted services
• Brainstorm and make suggestions for favors
• Review specific contracted details with vendors
• Invitation etiquette
• Assistance with rehearsal dinner planning, if desired
• Prepare schedules for ceremony and reception
• Rehearsal document for wedding party
• Direct rehearsal, train ushers and house party
• Coordinate all wedding day vendors
• Direct ceremony
• Direct reception and all customs/traditions
• Oversee collection of all gifts and special items (flutes, cake servers, etc.) and loading into the appointed vehicle
• Unlimited e-mail and telephone support throughout the planning

Additional services available include creating, assembling and mailing save-the-dates or invitations (bride is responsible for postage), guest list and RSVP management, wedding programs, menu cards, table, escort and place cards, welcome gift bags for guests’ hotel rooms and more! Your imagination is the limit.

Wedding Director (Day-of Service)

The Wedding Director Service allows the bride who planned her own wedding to actually take pleasure in her wedding day. Even the most hands-on, do-it-herself bride still wants to be a guest at her own celebration. By contracting with a professional consultant, you are leaving nothing to chance. Someone will be there to meet and coordinate your vendors, ensure what you’ve planned comes to fruition and manage all of the details. Actually more of a “month of” service, the Wedding Director package includes the rehearsal and up to eight hours for the wedding day in addition to two planning meetings prior to your wedding day. The Wedding Director Service includes:

• Review of all contracted services
• Ceremony site visit
• Reception site visit
• Customized diagram of both ceremony and reception layouts
• Confirmation of all vendors
• Prepare schedules for the ceremony and reception
• Direct rehearsal, train ushers and house party
• Coordinate all wedding day vendors
• Direct ceremony
• Direct reception and all customs/traditions
• Oversee collection of all gifts and special items (flutes, cake servers, etc.) and loading into the appointed vehicle

Initial Consultation

This three-hour meeting is intended to give direction to the bride who wants to plan her own wedding but doesn’t know where to start. During this meeting, we cover budget, timeline and recommended vendors. Brides who have the time and energy to do all the legwork will often combine this service with the Wedding Director Service, giving them the ability to plan a lovely wedding and the freedom to enjoy the special day.
