Noteworthy

Laura,

I wanted to thank you for all your help in planning the wedding. You were fabulous! It made it a pleasure for me and pretty close to stress free – if there is any such thing! Scott and I also wanted to thank you for your efforts during the ceremony and reception. Everything went perfectly and we’re getting nothing but rave reviews from all our guests. Everyone had a great time.

Thanks again so much for helping me plan this wedding. You were a huge help!!

Laura,

What would I have done without you?!?! Thank you so much for being there for Keith and me on the day of our wedding. On a day when people are pulling you in a thousand directions, it was nice to have someone in my corner, helping me make all of those split second decisions.

Thank you for your calming personality. You were so helpful to me coordinating all of the bridesmaids and groomsmen (aka directing traffic), and also just helping put both mine and Keith’s nerves at ease. Any time I needed you, I did not have to look far at all - you were right there, ready to take action.

Thank you for your organization. I always think of myself as a very organized person, but you just never realize how many things slipped your mind until it is too late. Thankfully you were there to help me muddle through! I don’t even remember seeing the florist – you had handled everything and all I knew was that everyone was ready to go when the time came.

Everything turned out beautifully, and in the end, we walked out husband and wife – goal accomplished!

Dear Laura,

I am sorry that it has taken me so long to write a formal thank you for working with me on my wedding.  I do, however, want to let you know how much your assistance and knowledge helped me while planning my wedding, and of course on the big day itself.  I was particularly impressed by several things:

1.  Your reliability.  I cannot think of a more important trait for a wedding coordinator to have, and you have it.  Thank you for being someone I could count on.

2.  Your flexibility.  I would imagine that wedding coordinators must deal with the entire range of brides -- from those that have planned everything themselves, to those that need everything mapped out for them, and all of those in between.  Well, I thought I had planned everything.  You were perfectly willing to follow my lead in my plans, yet you were able to tactfully suggest things that I had not thought of.  Thank you for that.

3.  Your passion.  You truly appear to love working on weddings.  I do not understand it -- I have planned one wedding and it exhausted me! -- but I respect it.  It is always a joy to work with someone who loves what they do, and it is especially important for a wedding coordinator to add energy and excitement.

4.  Your likeability.  It was truly a pleasure working with you.  You calm and friendly demeanor was just what I needed to help plan the tasks at hand.

Thank you again, Laura, for everything you helped me with.  I wish you well in any future endeavor.

Sincerely,

Michelle Williams (nee Riley)

Laura,

What an awesome job you did at pulling together the millions of tasks associated with hosting over 600 people at Leadership Network’s Camp Improv. The attention to detail and the commitment to crafting every aspect of the event to enhance the experience provided an edge of excellence that was commended by the attendees.  Thanks for everything!
