Laura DeBow is owner and founder of Celebrate! Events and Weddings. After earning a degree in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Austin in 1995, Laura moved to Dallas and launched into a career filled with planning a myriad of corporate events, meetings and parties for a wide range of clients and budgets. With an eye for detail, great enthusiasm and sensitivity to her clients’ needs, Laura earned a reputation as a stellar event planner and the go-to gal for a fabulous affair. Growing up helping her mother coordinate weddings for dozens of friends and family members, Laura has always had a passion for the romance and celebration of a wedding. Certified by the Association of Certified Wedding Consultants (ACWC) in 2002, she has continued on the path of planning weddings and celebrations – marrying her creative talents, organizational skills and love of a good party. Laura currently serves on the ACWC board as newsletter chair, and is also a member of June Wedding, Inc.® An Association for Event Professionals (JWI). Remaining active in the ACWC and JWI is one way Laura keeps her fingers on the pulse of the Dallas-Fort Worth wedding market and up-to-date on the latest wedding trends.
